%X The region comprising the confluence zone of the Solimões and Purus rivers (Western Amazonia) presents in its adjacency three levels of fluvial terraces of quaternary ages, in which they have been denominated informally Upper Terrace (TS), Intermediate Terrace (TI) and Lower Terrace (TInf ) in several studies. In this context, this study addresses the identification and delimitation of the main morphologies of the fluvial quaternary plain of this region through the photointerpretation of digital image processing of remote sensors optical, radar and interferometric. The optical images used (Landsat-8) highlighted physico-chemical aspects, optimizing the visualization of accretion bars and paleocanals, radar images (Alos PAlSAR) characterized the limits of morphological units, mainly with regard to textural and geometric aspects, and interferometric data (SRTM) enabled the visualization of masked contacts in the other sensors used, also providing topographic information of the study area. These integrated data provide a great subsidy for the identification of morphological units in this region, and can also be replicated to the surrounding areas. These elements, integrated with data available in the literature as sedimentological, stratigraphic and geochronological, corroborate the understanding of the processes involved, and the elaboration of evolutionary models of this fluvial system during the quaternary period, when the Solimões-Amazonas river system was installed.
